SPA zone

 

The SPA zone includes three saunas:

  • DRY SAUNA - has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system, stamina and immunity.
  • SAUNA INFRARED - infrared sauna, its healing effect is related to infrared rays and the heat energy they generate. It can be used by both children and the elderly people (if there are no clear medical contraindications).
  • STEAM SAUNA - it helps to relax the whole body. The temperature in it is not as high as in the case of other types of saunas, so it does not cause suffocation.

Terms and conditions of services in the SPA zone

  1. The client is required to arrive 5 minutes before the treatment time  
  2. If the client books the treatment and does not arrive (without cancelling minimum 3 hours earlier) he will be charged with a fee of 50% of the booked treatment value 
  3. In case of a client's delay the treatment will be shortened by the duration of the delay
  4. The SPA is a zone of silence and relaxation. The client is asked to do not use mobile phones, do not smoke, do not consume alcohol or other intoxicants while staying at the SPA
  5. People with: 
    -open wounds and skin inflammations 
    -signs of dangerous diseases 
    -signs of skin and infectious diseases whose are threat to other guests and SPA employees 
    -whose hygiene status differs from generally accepted standards 
    will not be admitted to the SPA
  6. The SPA reserves the right for SPA employees to stop a treatment in the event of inappropriate behaviour by the client (sexual aggresion, etc.)
  7. Dogs and other animals are not allowed to enter the SPA zone.
  8. Persons violating public policy or the SPA terms and conditions will be removed from the facility without reimbursement of admission costs.
  9. It is obligatory to replace the footwear with the replacement ones after entering the changing room  
  10. For the sake of the high quality of our services and effectiveness of the treatments please: 
    - avoid heavy meals an hour before the planned treatment 
    - use the swimming pool, sauna or jacuzzi always before the treatments 
    - avoid sunbathing immediately before and after the treatment 
    - inform the SPA emplyoee about medications, past illnesses and possible contraindications before the treatment
  11. Any irregularities or mechanical defects affecting the operation of the recreation center should be reported to the SPA employee
  12. On the SPA zone you should remain silence. The SPA employees have the right to ask people to leave in case do not comply with the rules of keeping silence or in any way causing discomfort to other guests.
  13. Only people over 15 years of age are allowed to use MALINOWY POTOK Wellness - Spa – Beauty
  14. The entry to MALINOWY POTOK Wellness - Spa - Beauty is possible after prior reservation or purchase of a service and payment in accordance with the applicable SPA price list.
  15. MALINOWY POTOK Wellness - Spa – Beauty  reserves the right to change the working hours  of the recreation centre or  individual zones  and to turn off individual zones
  16. Every pearson on the premises of MALINOWY POTOK Wellness - Spa – Beauty is obliged to comply with terms and conditions of the centre
