Additional details:

  1. Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. and check-out ends at 11:00 a.m.
  2. No smoking is allowed.
  3. No pets are allowed.
  4. The resort accepts credit cards.

The reservation is guaranteed by a deposit of 30% of the total stay value, to be paid within 2 days of making the reservation. The remaining amount is payable at the reception on the day of arrival.

Failure to use any services during the stay, as well as shortening the stay, does not result in a refund.

The payment of the deposit is tantamount to acceptance of the regulations, which are available on our website.

In the transfer title, please include the reservation number as well as the first and last name of the person for whom the reservation is made.

In the event of cancellation (or modification) of the reservation by 30.11 2024, the client has the option to transfer the paid deposit to a stay at any time until the end of 2025.

If the reservation is canceled after 30.11.2024, the paid deposit will be forfeited. There is an option to purchase cancellation insurance (in case of illness or other unforeseen events) from an external insurance company.

If you would like to receive a VAT invoice, please inform us and provide the necessary details before making the advance payment. Otherwise, after the funds are credited to our account, a receipt will be issued for the service.
