The reservation is guaranteed by a deposit of 30% of the total stay value, to be paid within 2 days of making the reservation. The remaining amount is payable at the reception on the day of arrival.

Failure to use any services during the stay, as well as shortening the stay, does not result in a refund.

The payment of the deposit is tantamount to acceptance of the regulations, which are available on our website.

In the title of the transfer, please include the reservation number and the name of the person the reservation is for.

In the event of cancellation (change) of the reservation up to December 12, 2024, the client has the option to transfer the paid deposit to a stay at any time until the end of 2025.

If the reservation is canceled after December 12, 2024, the paid deposit is forfeited. There is an option to purchase cancellation insurance (in case of illness or other unforeseen events) from an external insurance company.

If you would like to receive a VAT invoice, please inform us and provide the necessary details before making the advance payment. Otherwise, after the funds are credited to our account, a receipt will be issued for the service.
