The reservation is guaranteed by a deposit of 30% of the total stay value, to be paid within 2 days of making the reservation. The remaining amount is payable at the reception on the day of arrival.

Failure to use any services during the stay, as well as shortening the stay, does not result in a refund.

The payment of the deposit is tantamount to acceptance of the regulations, which are available on our website.

In the title of the transfer, please include the reservation number and the name of the person the reservation is for.

In case of cancellation (or changes) of the reservation up to 7 days before the start of the stay, the client has the option to transfer the deposited advance payment to a stay at any date until the end of the current year (the pricing conditions applicable to the new date of stay will apply).

If the reservation is canceled less than 7 days before the start of the hotel stay, the deposited advance payment is forfeited. It is possible to purchase cancellation insurance (in case of illness or other unforeseen events) from an external insurance company.

If you would like to receive a VAT invoice, please inform us and provide the necessary details before making the advance payment. Otherwise, after the funds are credited to our account, a receipt will be issued for the service.
